What is your current occupation?

Rotational Financial Analyst at Apple, Inc.

 

What would you say have been your most notable accomplishments since leaving Dana?

  • Designing 3 iOS apps for travel and education and publishing them to the App Store

  • Running successful presidential campaign for UC Berkeley Student Body President and subsequently serving as his Chief of Staff, in which capacity I am proud to have worked to represent LGBTQ+ students with projects like the development of the first gender-inclusive locker room at a California university

  • Interning at Spotify in San Francisco and Apple in Cupertino

What recommendations would you make to current Dana students looking to duplicate your success?

  • Find a creative outlet you can consistently engage with, whether it’s on or off campus, for your own mental health and personal senses of growth and achievement.

    • e.g. Filming and editing skate videos, learning an instrument using YouTube videos, painting, taking a photography class, writing software, composing poetry, journaling

  • Build relationships with your favorite teachers. They want to root for you and for your success, and they have the resources and advice to help you determine what that looks like for you.

  • Have fun — which may require trying your hand at various activities until you find the ones that align with your passions and personal interests.
